The making of Chocolate cake is an easy process and the recipe follows below. The ingredients are simple, could be shopped anywhere with no big effort. The precondition is having the good conditioned working oven.

Cake Ingredients:

• 1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour

• 1 cup sweetened condense milk

• 1-1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

• 1-1/2 teaspoons of baking soda

• 3/4 cup cocoa powder

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 1 cup boiling water

• 2 cups sugar

• 2 eggs

 Chocolate frosting Ingredients:

• 1 cup of granulated sugar

• 6 table spoons of butter or margarine(softened)

• 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

• 1/3 cup of milk

• 1 table spoon of vanilla extract.

Directions:

• The oven must be preheated to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)

• The cake pan should be greased with the melted butter.

• Flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cocoa powder and salt should be sifted together in a large bowl.

• Sweetened condense milk, oil, eggs and vanilla extract should be added in the center part of the flour mix.

• Everything should be gently blended together.

• The mixture now should be poured in the greased cake pan.

• Keep this pan in oven and bake this for about 30 to 35 minutes until the cake starts leaving the pan from
sides.

• Knife or wooden pick can be inserted in the center of the cake to take it out clean.

• The cake should be removed from the oven and made to cool off for few minutes only.

• Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cake and place wire racks over the cake pan turn it over to
transfer the cake onto the wire racks.

• The cake should be made to cool completely.

• Next step is frosting the cake. To start with frosting, sift together the confectioners’ sugar and cocoa
powder in a medium sized bowl and set aside.

• Butter, milk and vanilla extract should be sifted together in a large bowl. Blend and beat until it becomes
light and fluffy. The consistency can be adjusted with more milk or sugar.

• Apply the cream frost onto the cake and Refrigerate if needed.
